Game: Wizard

This game is very similar to
Jumpman(Epyx), Lode Runner(Broder-
bund), and many other climbing
type games. It is similar to
Jumpman because of its sound
effects and the ladders, floors,
and ropes. It is similar to Lode-
Runner because it has a construc-
tion set. But, in many ways it is
an original game, and I LOVE IT!!
After loading Wizard, a menu
appears giving you three choices,
A. Demo mode, B. Play the game, or
C. Construction. If you select
A, it will show you three sample
screens being played, if you
select B, a second menu appears
giving you six more choices, A.
Beginner, B. Intermediate, C.
Advanced, D. Expert, E. Customized,
and F. Mystery. A. through D. are
just what they say, E. is the
levels you create and F. is a
random selection from all levels.
If you select Construction from
the first menu you will be given
the chance to create you own screen
and monsters for the level. I
prefer making my own levels.
Creating the screen is fairly easy,
while creating the monsters
requires a lot of patience and
time.
All in all this game beats the
other climbing games and I think
it is great. It costs about
$37.00.
